REFUND POLICY

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery or cosmetic products. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

For smaller items, please, organise returns yourself, but for larger items such as console tables, side tables etc. we may need to organise collection ourselves. Naturally, we will need to receive the goods back in a perfect and saleable condition, and in its original packaging (where possible) we will then exchange or refund it, less original delivery charge.

We do not offer a free returns service, as this would result in increased retail prices. If you would like to know any exact returns cost before making you purchase please call us 0143228250 or email cornucopiaorders@outlook.com, and we will be happy to be of assistance.

All orders will be refunded within 48 hours of receipt of your return. Refunds may take up to 5 days to clear in your account.

Damaged or faulty goods

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email cornucopiaorders@outlook.com or call 0143228250 within 24 hours. We will then arrange for collection of the goods (or arrange for you to return the goods at our cost) and organise a replacement to be sent out to you at the earliest opportunity. If you would like to make a return, please email us on cornucopiaorders@outlook.com, within 14 days of receiving your goods. Please, do not return faulty goods before.

If the product is damaged or faulty we will arrange for collection and pay for it. If you are local to us we will collect it ourselves, if not we will use a courier service.

Yes, products purchased online can be returned in to the store,and refunds can be issued with proof of purchase, and within the returns period.
